Amazon Search to CSV privacy policy

Effective July 10, 2026. The extension processes the active Amazon page locally after an explicit click.

Data processed

The extension may process visible product information such as ASINs, titles, prices, ratings, review counts, availability, image URLs and product URLs. Processing happens inside the browser.

Collection and transfer

The extension does not collect, sell, retain or automatically transmit page content, browsing history, authentication information or personal information. It contains no advertising, analytics SDK or remote code.

Users can explicitly download rows as CSV or JSON, copy ASINs, or open ParseShelf for a larger workflow. Continue in ParseShelf places up to 20 ASINs in the destination URL fragment for local form prefilling. URL fragments are not part of the HTTP request.

Permissions

activeTab gives temporary access to the current tab after the user clicks the extension. scripting executes the extractor bundled in the extension package. No persistent host permission is requested.
